Due to the COVID-19 Virus, the Harmony Borough Building will be closed to the public until further notice. All services will be available through phone or email contact. The Borough is continuing to provide all services with little or no interruptions.
Water bill payments are encouraged to be made by check or money order through the mail or via the drop box at the front of the municipal building. Online payments can also be accepted. If you wish to sign up for water service, please call the office at 724-452-6780 or email email@example.com for an appointment.
